Well it's been a while since our last update. We've been working on a lot of new stuff and redoing some of the old maps, so there are a lot of cool pics.

First of all, here are a few examples of work that's being done on the Operation Acid Gambit map. You can read all about the real Operation Acid Gambit map By Clicking Here. We are going to redo the prison and change some things in the city, as well as fix a lot of bugs.

First of all, we have a pic of the reskinned Barrett M82 .50cal sniper rifle with AN/PVS-4 "starlight" night vision scope. Then, we have a very cool new feature: The Delta Force soldiers are equipped with AN/PVS-5 night vision goggles. These are independent of the weapons. The third pic is a shot of what it looks like to look through the NV googles. I added a pic taken through real NV goggles so you can see how accurate it is!

There are going to be big changes to the .50 cal sniper rifles. They will now be placed in spawnable kits for balance. Also, they are useless when standing, you have to go prone to be able to fire accurately.

Then, we have the reskinned Panamanian Defense Forces (PDF) uniform. In this pic you can also see the new Taiwanese-made Type 65 assault rifle (an M16 clone). The PDF kits have been redone to more accurately reflect what the PDF actually used. The new kits are:

Sniper: M21
Assault: Type 65
DIGBAT: AK-47
Shotgun: Remington 870
Support: Uzi

Now, in the next 3 pics you can see the improved Palestinian Liberation Organization uniform, for the new Beaufort Castle map. I added RPG rounds tucked into the belt for the AT class, and an AK-47 assault vest on the chest, as well as a shemagh over the head for the hardcore terrorist look.

Then we have some pics from a new map set in the mountains of Chechnya, in Russia: Battle of Ulus-Kert. The map isn't quite done, but I have some pics of the uniforms used by the Russian Army Spetsnaz special forces and Chechen rebels.

The 8th pic is of the Chechen skins, there are 3 skins and they are randomly assigned.

The last 2 pics are of the Russian Spetsnaz troops and their weapons. The 9th is of the Stechkin APS automatic pistol, complete with suppressor and collapsible stock.

The 10th and last screenshot is of a very strange weapon, the Russian NRS-2 recon shooting knife. It can be used like a regular knife, but it can also fire a single 7.62mm bullet from the handle. The weapon is suppressed and uses the same ammo as the famous PSS, so it is ideal for stealthy takedowns. I included a pid of the gun in action from http://www.RussianArms.info just to show you how it works.

As you can see, the Ulus-Kert map is going to be mountain winter warfare. At release it will feature several awesome weapons such as the RG-6 revolving grenade launcher, Chechen Al-Battar 2 14.5mm sniper rifle and the Kamov Ka-50 Hokum attack helicopter.

Nice, the skins look lots better than before. One thing I would suggest is make the textures a little darker on the night maps and make the lightmaps better.

does the night vison actualy help see or does it just make stuff look green?

The maps actually look darker ingame, but I had to find some brighter parts for the screenshots so you can actually see what i'm taking pics of.

That M16 would be perfect if you thinned out the barrel. It looks way to thick i think.

u guys have improoved alot, but u still have al long way to go.

your maps still look weird and plain. use editor 42 so you can use custom textures

i figured out what looks weird. your broken rocks are just boxes, and the texture is so plain.


it maylook like that when its first build but its called wear and tear.

attention to detail stick out tongue
