Does this tool overwrite any files that prevent you from online play? (modfied content)

No, only single player files. Version 1.1 coming very soon allowing editing of level data such as Tickets, Ticket Loss Rate, View Distance & Level Objects positions.
Version 1.1 will feature a backup function as editing these things DO prevent online play as it would be considered modified.

Where is the file directory?

Where does the save go... I'm trying to get rid of it, but when I do the values are still the same even after reinstalling... > frown
