The USA has found a secret MEC base on the island Waalwijk. MEC uses the TV-Station on the island to spread propaganda over the island and over de surrounding islands. The USA must conquer the island and destroy all MEC forces.
I like this map's setting a lot. There's a wide open field, and yet, the urban areas are very tight. Also included is an aircraft carrier, which is pretty cool.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the "Assualt_At_Waalwijk_Island" folder to C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Levels


BRIEFING:

The USA has found a secret MEC base on the island Waalwijk. MEC uses the TV-Station on the island to spread propaganda over the island and over de surrounding islands. The USA must conquer the island and destroy all MEC forces.

FEATURES:

-A big infantry map for 32/64 players.
-A US versus MEC map.
-Commander Assets, UAV, SCAN, no artillery.

LEGAL STUFF:

Do not modify this map without my notice and approval. You may distribute and host it any ware you like, butt only with the original ReadMe file. Do not use this map in a mod without my notice and approval.

i like the urban part...it looks really nice, like the file poster said...very tight...its a gr8 look, and i like the addition of the wide open field...looks like a nice map

the author means not to modify his map(s) without his premission and yes the dont use in mod well there arn't any mods ou so.....

Waalwijk is an city some km from my city ive been there for many times.. stick out tongue Or its another city but ehh, I think the modder is dutch.. just like me

Hey ,maaruhh, waarom niet meer nederlandse stadjes? "Battle for Amsterdam" ofzo? stick out tongue Of de slag om Arnhem nog een keertje overdoen met terroristen (veel mogelijkheden, je hebt een brug, water, strandje, bos, heuvles stad etc. big grin

ENGLISH:
Hey guys, why not another dutch map? Battle for Amsterdam par example, or the battle over Arnhem (Operation Market Garden - seen in "A Bridge to Far"wink lots of oppertunities, it has a bridge, water, a little beach, forest, hills, a urban part etc. big grin

I need somethings that can be used in co-op.
