Description:
The USMC recently moved a small garrison onto the island of Singalese, near the Sri Lankan Islands, to detect and pass on MEC communications. The MEC recently detected this activity, and have now decided to strike with a Special Forces team and a Paradrop by MEC Airborne troops. The strike team has eliminated one watchpost, and now the USMC must scramble to man the defences against this assault.

Hi, thanks for downloading my map, Assault At Singalese.

Map Name : Assault_At_Singalese
Map Sizes : 16, 32\64.
Gametype : Double Assault.
Theme : Infantry\Jungle.

Description:
The USMC recently moved a small garrison onto the island of Singalese, near the Sri Lankan Islands, to detect and pass on MEC communications. The MEC recently detected this activity, and have now decided to strike with a Special Forces team and a Paradrop by MEC Airborne troops. The strike team has eliminated one watchpost, and now the USMC must scramble to man the defences against this assault.

NOTE : This map does not use any UAV, Arty or Scan commander assets, this "scale" of battle is not well suited to having them, and I belive would detract from the infantry based attack. Also, I belive that they are somewhat bugged. You'll have to make do with Supply Drops :D

Time Taken to develop : About a week.

Instructions:

Place Rar file in \Mods\BF2\Levels Folder of your Battlefield 2 installation and extract.

Currently this map does not support single player as the AI tools are not release yet.

Apparently there may be problems with people trying to play maps on servers (if it gets used), if their detail settings are below medium, if this happens increase details settings and try again.
