Australian Forces - Client Files (0.28) - File Description

Description:
Battlefield 2: Australian Forces is a singleplayer and multiplayer modification for the team-based modern warfare game Battlefield 2. The aim of the Australian Forces modification is to replace the United States forces with Australian forces; including new player, weapon and vehicles skins, HUD changes, and new weapons and vehicles in future releases.

This is the mod many Australian players have been waiting for – the chance to take on the world as highly-respected Australian Forces!

Version 0.28 makes the mod 100% compatible with the 1.21 patch. We are hard at work on version 0.3 with new weapons and vehicles, but the release of the 1.21 patch has meant we have had to release a new version to make sure people can still play the mod while they wait for the new release.

Will O.3 have 32 or 64 player bot support. Nice skin just like the F-18s we have.

it doesnt work well....yea i see new skins, but the weapon incons are COMPLETELY screwed up, the ingame cursor is the icon for teamspeak, the weapon selection hud is terrible (all wepon icons are wrong), the flags for the tickets are wrong, spawn points arent white dots anymore, but they are white arrows that are very hard to see. This mod is messed. Needs tons of work. I like the skins though BF2- AF is Puke!

I mean, I know the mod has a long way to go, but the fact that the aussies get a go is a good thing.... and they'll get there, dont you worry.

And I agree with MsGt_RaVeN, one thing that you GOTTA do is put in the F-88 Styer. That gun rocks... flogs the hell out of the M16.

Don't let them get you down. You really should continue to develop this mod just to prove all these people wrong many mods don't start out very promising then become the next big thing. I know this is possible with this mod i for one will continue to check back on your progress hope to see some. So keep modding

Baseraper. You're the sort of person who begs for a teaser release, yet when a mod team releases even a tiny one like this, you have a whine about it. Grow up.

Anyway, I think I'll wait until a bigger release to try this out.
